yesterday was really awesome!
went for G2 olympics at fort rd east coast park. left the house at 12.15pm to meet james downstairs my place and walked to church to meet up with danica, jeff, fiona and tobias.
from there, we cab to ecp fort rd to meet all of the members there.
the games were ridiculous but kinda fun though! :)
there were solo competition and team competition. i guess it was like half of the G2 members who went for the olympics ( half of the members is already a huge group. what's more if it's alumni and the currents. it will be about 50 members or more by then). and we met VICKY too! she has the baby voice when she barks.
but the alumni and the full current ones only attend the bbq cum farewell party for fr. val.
after the party, the "old birds" headed to clara's house to swim while we guys and the ones who join us not long went to singapore swimming club. not to swim... but to BATH! hahaha.
we had a jolly good time. right guys? but it's was hard work though to get water moving.
from SSC, we walk all the way to clara's house which is at hawaii towers( the same condo where shyn ee and the family stays too).
by the time we reached there, it was 6.50.
before the foods were ready, we watching the old birds swimming and playing water.
7 plus the foods were ready. as we were taking the foods, danica was talking me to and i couldnt stop laughing...
danica: andrea, do you something?
me:?? yea?
danica: * staring at the foods and smiling to herself* i have never look at food like that before. i have never smiled at food at all only now.
the moment she said this to me, burst out laughing. then i was thinking... since the whole day today, we only ate our breakfast and dinner. i ate my breakfast at 10 plus and that's all. from that timing onwards to 7 plus, nothing was in my tummy except water.
me: so maybe that's why.
after dinner, a few of us swam only and next was singing farewell songs to fr. val. unfortunately, he didnt cry. =(. our plan wasnt working.
